Partnering with the Church in China to determine which ministry insights and methods most need to be covered in Training Seminars requires continual dialogue and curriculum assessment. In line with China Partner’s value for God’s Word (the Bible), prayer, and honoring God in everything, all curriculum places an importance on these in the daily lives of the leaders being trained with the development of a personal relationship with the Lord stressed above all. With the help of several international pastors and para-church leaders, China Partner has developed the following four core training courses: Evangelism, Pastoral Care, Discipleship and Christian Leadership. Each course has a parallel workbook, available in both Chinese and English, which are made available to Training Seminar participants as the hosting training center, church, or seminary is able. Other courses have been developed as needs are expressed by Chinese Church leadership and as individuals with expertise are available to teach (and/or write) them.
