Perhaps you’ve been reading through this site thinking, “This sounds like something God may want me to be a part of, but I’m just not sure how yet.” Well you don’t have to limit your participation in this important ministry to just one role, but if you were going to the staff would ask first and foremost for your Prayers. If you’d like to take your involvement another step, perhaps considering giving financially from what God has given you.
Since its beginning, China Partner has counted on God to provide for needs through His people giving generously. Many individuals and families, from across North America and around the world, have joined in this ministry by giving. Some give monthly or quarterly, some make one-time gifts, some place China Partner in their will, and others mix these (or other) options – all as God directs. Additionally, many local churches serve the Church in China through their monthly and annual missions’ programs.
Desiring to honor God in everything and knowing that it is God who gives all things, China Partner has adopted the following giving philosophy:
- The Local Church First - China Partner believes in the local church and giving to it. Please don’t send any money that should be supporting your local church. Give to your church first!
- Share With Other Organizations – There are many wonderful and effective ministries that God is using to build His kingdom. Please don’t give China Partner funds you have already committed to another specific ministry. It doesn’t honor God to build up one part of His kingdom at the expense of another.
- Pray Before Giving – Ask the Holy Spirit to provide you wisdom in your giving decisions. Ask God what type of financial goals He wants you to set for you and your family. If China Partner resonates with what God reveals to you, your involvement is welcomed!
Additional, per the desire to be good stewards of the resources God provides - representing Him honorably by operating within the means in hand, China Partner’s board of directors - particularly the finance sub-committee - supervises funds received and meets regularly to review and plan the ministry’s activities and finances. Additionally, in 1994, China Partner became an accredited member of the Evangelical Council of Financial Accountability (ECFA). This membership affirms our organization’s commitment to financial excellence, Christian ethics, and accountability from others.

China Partner is registered as a non-profit charitable organization under the 501(c)3 code and is authorized to issue receipts for donations which are income tax deductible. Contributions received in each office are designated for the work of the ministry in China and to cover administrative costs.
